A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 1 of Tract 2242 in Orange Co., California, Book 86 pages 16, 17, & 18 of
Miscellaneous Maps, and further described as the northwest corner of Romneya and Robin.
JA~;~S D. COBB, 9342 Orizaba Ave., Downey, Calif., as Applicant.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on January 4, 1960 NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and detarmine the following facts:
1. This is a vacant corner lot at the northwest corner of Romneya Dr. and Robin St.
2,It is proposed to erect a two story - 4 unit apt. hld.qo on the property which is
presently clessi~ied ss M-3, with 4 garages.
3.With s small adjustment on the lot ~ ~ersges could he provided.
4.However, these 5 garages would ~ace on Robin St.
