WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 22 of Tract 743, Woodward Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 22,
page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, and further
described as 3629 Savanna Street, Anaheim, California.
LAURA O. WIEBALK, S629 Savanna Street, Anaheim, Califo, as Applicant.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on January 4, 1960 NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of %he ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. This is an R-A lot containing approximately l~acre.

1. The erection of the building as shown on drawing and plot plan presented.
