Grantinq Variance No. 1187
WHEREAS, The Cit~, Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows~
Lot No. 71 Tract 2302 and further described as 1228 Ralston Street.
The applican~ RUBY E. BURN£IT,~ 1228 Ralston Street, Anaheim, Calif.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at 'the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on January 4, 1960 NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
:.. WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
:' made by itself and in its behalf and after due ecnsideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. This variance covers the installation of a swimmin9 pool in s side yard,
but the fence requirements make necessary an encroachment into the front
: -, yard of 5 ft.
2. There is no room in the rear yard for a swimming pool as the lot is only
90 ft. deep.
NOW, THEI.,mFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
................ HEREBY Grants Variance No. 1187
for a 5 ft. encroachment into the front yard and the erection of a 6 ft.
masonry wall as per layout.
