WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City cf Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as fellows:
That portion of the NE~ of Sec. 27, T4S, R10W, in the Rancho San Juan Ca:on de Santa Aha, as
shown on a map recorded in book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, recm. ds of Orange County,
Calif., described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Northerly line of said Sec. 27, distant S. 89° 54' 30" W. 195.00'

Public Hearing ~ere duly given as reguired by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
~UNICIPA5 OODE, Section 9ZOO; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determino the following facts:
1.This request covered a Motel and Service Station to be erected at the S.W. corner
of Haster St. and Katella Ave.
2.The description furnished with the application was found to cover only the site for
the proposed Motel.
3.Under these circumstances the Commission considered only this site.
4.The Mot~l will back up to the existing Trailer Par](.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE It RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING O0~ISSION
HEREBY Grants Variance No. ].188 subject to:
1. The erection of the ~o%el as per Plot Plan and rendering presented.
2. dedication to the ^nahe m of 6O .

approved standard plans on file in the Office of the City ~ngineer.
