A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
WHEREAS, The City PTanning Commission of the City of ~mheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 47 of T~ac~ No. 1940, in the County of Orange, Sta~e of California, as per maps
recorded in Book 82, Pages 8, ,~ and 10 of Misc. Maps in the office of the County Recorder.

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
Ci~y Hall in the City of Anaheim, on February 1, 1960 NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its.behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said H~a~ng, does find and determine the following facts:
1. /~ough applicant has requested ~ 10 foot encroachment into the front yard setback, it
was felt that a 5 foot encroachment would be a~le to achieve desired landscaping and
circulation around pool.
2. Protestants voiced objection ~o "permission to oct encroachment".
3. No more than 5 foot has ever been granted for &~ %n encroachment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIm,{ CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS V;J~IANC~ NO. 1191 to permit a five ($) foot encroachment for ~ fence only.
