A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM Granting Variance No. 1196
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Trac% No. 2377. Lot No. 229 and Lot No. 230, and .also described as 829 S. Euclid.
Applicant, J. N. SCHROEDER, 5922 Highland, Yorba Linda) Calif., requesting permission
to EXPAND STRUCTURE OF PRESENT DRIVE-IN MILK! DEPOT. "
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold aP ublic Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on Feb. 15, 1960 NOTICES of which said
Publi~ Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions cf the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
ma~- by itself and in its behalf and'after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered'at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The drive-in milk depot is doing business at the lo'cation now, under Variance No. 913.
2. This addition will be to house the cash register, bread, potato chips, etc.
3. For greater convenience to the customers. No one appeared in opposition to the Varianc,
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY Grants Yari~nce No. 1.196, subject to:
1. Any addition .be painted the same as the original st~uctu~'e.
2. Brick in the compressoz, to hide it from Beacon St. The top need not be enclosed ~,
it would serve as a vent.
