A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
Granting Variance'No. 1197
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City o~ Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the 0wrier(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
A portion of the ~;~ of Sec. 14, T4S, IQ]iW, SBM. Properzy also heine, shown as
Tentative Tract No. 3676.

TO WAIVE MINIMUM FRONTAGE REQUIRF3~ENT ON CERTAIN LOTS OF TENTATIVE MAP OF TRACT No.

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at' she
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on Feb. 15, 1960 NOTICES of which said '
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAs, Said Commission, after due inspection, inv stigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration ,~f all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The maximum possible width of lots 1 ~ 2 is set bFthe Flood Control Channel
to the north and house which is to remain on lot 3.

Commission, subject to conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY Grants Variance No. 1197 to all~lots 1 and 2 of Tentative Tract 3676 %o be
developed at less than the standard minimum width.
The vote on the above resolution was as follows:

NOES: COMMISSIONERS: None.
