A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
Denyin9 Variance No. 1198
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of 0~'ange, State of California, described as follows:
Southeast corner of North and Lemon, 754 North Lemon St~.eet, Anaheim, Calif.
Applicant: ARTHUR J. ROQUET, 757 N. Zeyn St., Anaheim, Calif., ~equesting
permission to OPERATE BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL OFFICES.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did.hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on February 15, 1960 NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE; Section 9Z00; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Nearing, does 'find and determine the following facts:
1. The present · onal office use is permitted as a legal non-conformin~ use.
2. The propert~ ~J~ in the area were against makin9 this a permitted use by variance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ~/~AHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY D~nying Variance No. 1198.
The vote on the above resolution was as follows:
AYES COMMISSIONERS:. Allred, DuBois, Gauer, ~arcoux, ~auerhan, Summers.
NOES: COMMISSIONERS: Morris.
