A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANABEIM
Den¥inq Variance No. 1202
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lots 11 and 12 Tzact 2757, also descz'i~ed as 1020 S. Philadelpi~ia.
ROWLAND & JOHNSTON~ 203 S, Claudina St., Aha;]elm, Calif., as Applicants,.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a PUblic Nearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on March 7, 1960 NOTICES of which said
PUblic Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offerec at said Nearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The opplicants requested waiver of one story requirements and 25 ~t. rear yard
requirement to permit erection of'two story- 14 unit apartment with 16 carports
and also waiving of 700 sq. ft. min. size requirement for achelor apts. to permit
· ~,,?620, sq. ft. apartments.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT 'THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY Denies Variance No. 1202.
