A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lots 1 & 2 Tract 3373 also described as 205 East Clifton and
lots 7 & 8 Tract.3373 also described as 311 Hast Clifton.
Applicants, ROWLAND & JOHNSTON, 203 S. Claudina St., Anaheim, Calif.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing aZ the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on March 7, 1960 NOTICES of which said
, Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of .the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
, made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
· ' reports offered a% said Hearing, does find and.determine the following facts:
1. The applicants are requesting a waiver of 1 story limitations and sideyard and parking require-
~ manta to permit 2 story 16 unit apts. with 16 garages and 5 ft. side yards.
, 2. Other properties in the'.,area which were developed prior to tho new R-3 standards are identical to
the proposed development.
3. Denyin9 this Variance would deny the.applicants a right which is enjoyed by other properties in
the same area.
i 4. These are the last of the undeveloped lots in this subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY Gran~s Variance No. 1203 and 1204.
On roll call the foregoing resolution was granted by tho following vote.
AYES: COMMISSIONERS: Allred, DuBois, Gauer, ~arcoux, Mauerhan, ~orris, Mungall, & Summers.
NO~S: COMMISSIONERS~ None.
ABSENT: CON~ISSIONERS~ Hapgood.
