WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City cf Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(o) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City cf Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commissiondld hold a Public Hearing at the
City Mall in the City of Anaheim, on March 7, 1960 NOTIOES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts: ~
1. The applicants are requesting a 2 story -23 unit motel.
2. The proposed use is. consitant with otherhighwa~ ~et~t'ad~:typo~'.useo along Stanton Ave.
3. That the use of the property would require compliance with the recommendations of the Engineering
Committee in order to prese~'vo the safety and welfare of the Citizens of Anaheim.
On roll call the foregoing resolution was granted ;:,y the following vote:

2. Payment of $2.00 per. front ft. for street lighting'purposes.
3. 'Developmenl in accordance with plans presented.
90 day time limit for items 1 and 2.
