A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
Granting Variance No. 1208
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The N. 190.00 ft. of the E. 195.00 ft;, said distances being measured at right anglos, of
Sec. 27, T4S, .R10W, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ann, as shown on a map recorded in
book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, Calif% ~.9 described as
SIN corner of Katella and Haster St.
WALTER E. HAUP/NLAN, 11611 Town & Country Dr., Garden Grove, Calif., as applicant.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearingat the
City Mall in the. City of Anaheim, on March 7, 1960 NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The applicants are requesting permission to o~ct a eervice station the south west corner of
Katetla and Haster.
2. The p~oposed use would ce complementary to other requested uses in this area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY Grants Variance No. 1208.
