PC 1959-1960-185 RE ',UTION NO. 185 - SERIES - ic ~-60 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING VARIANCE NO, 1212 WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California. described as follows: All that certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, S~ate of Calif. described as follows: Ail thaz certain land situated in Rancho San Juan Cajon De Santa An&,. described as follows: Lot 6 of Tract #498 Berger-Half Acres, as shown on a map recorded in Book 19, Page 2a of Misc. Maps, records of Orange Co. Calif. An undivided 1/40th interest in Lot 3 of Tract # 498, together with an undivided 1/40th interest in & to the well & pumping plant slut&ted thereon; a .also an undivided 1/20th interest in Lot 22 of Tract # 498, together with an undivided 1/20th inte£est in & to the domestic well & pumping plant situated thereon, which said interest in said Lots 3 and 22, shall, be & the same ar~ hereby made appurtenant lo Lot 6 of Tract # 498. WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing a% the City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on March 7, 1960 NOTICES of which said Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behoof and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts: 1.~e applicant is requesting permission to operate a retail & ~]olesale auto brake service. 2.They have operated this business at this location since ].957. 1"his was granted by Variance #808 with a 3 yr. time limit. 3.A new driveway & building will be put in & the existing garage will be moved off the premises. 4. That the proposed use of the property would require compliance with the recommendations of the ~g. Com. in order to preserve the safety & welfare of the Citizens of Anaheim. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RES0LVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMIS$ION HEREBY GRANTS.VARIANCM NO. 1212 subjecz to ~he following conditions. 1. Prepare street improvement plans & install all improvements in accordance with app~d, std. plans on file in office of City Eng. 2. Payment of $2.00 per front ft. for st. lighting purposes. 3. Dedicate 60 ft. from centerline of Katella. 4. Development in accordance with plans presented.
