A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNIN0 COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING VARIANC~ NO. 1214
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City Of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situat~ed
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Califern~a, described as follows:
Lots 1 and 2 ~f Tract 3330, in the City of'Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Calif., as
per map recorded in Book 133, Pages 21 & 22 Of bliscellaneous Maps, in the office of the
County Recorder of said Orange County.
The Applicant, j. T. PRANKLIN, 18191 Romelle Ave., Santa Ana, Calif.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a l~blic Hearing at the
City Hall. in the City of Anaheim~ on March 7, 1960 NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of %he ~NAHEI~
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine' the following facts:
1. The applicant is actually requesting permission to construct & operate two motels with
two signs, but under one owne~hip.
2. The proposed uses are consistant with others granted i~he Disneyland area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNINO 'COMd~ISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 1214 subject to the following conditions:
1. Development in accordance with plans presented.
2~ Pront 20 ~t. to be
landscaped.
