Public Hearing was duly given as required bF law and ~he provisions of ~he
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made bF itself and in i~ beh~!f, and afzer due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered a% said Hearings, does find and de%ermine %he following fac%s:
1. /he subject proper%~ is part of what is commonly termed a "dee~ ici" ~rca and is

2. ~he development trend in this area may so=eday substantiate ti~ C-1 frontage request,
however, the ProPosed R-3 develo.nment would 9r~vp~t th~ ,¢Fici~,+ £ut,zre deve!eUment
of the rear of the "deep lo~s" in eh{s area.
3. ~he proposed R-3 development is inconsistant with standards set forth in the R-3
zone and would ~end to adversly affect the subject area.
