REC0~iENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-$9-60-$0 BE APPROVED.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
PARCEL l: The south 96 ft. of the north 195 ft. of the east one-half of the east
one-half of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 14, in
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, S. B. B. & M.
EXCEPTING TH~REPROM the east 40 ft. thereof as conveyed to the State of Calif.
by deed recorded March 5, 1951, in Book 2153, Page 250~ Official Records.
PARCEL 2: The east 8 ft. of the south 96 ft. of the north 193 ft. of the west
one-half of the east one-half o f the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter
of Section 14, in Township 4 South, Range 11 West~ S. B. B. & M.
A. F. & R. 3. PARRA, 735 S. Stanton Ave., Anaheim, California, as Applicants
requesting that the property be reclassified from R-A to C-1.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F- $9-60-79 on the 7th day of March , 1960 , NOTICE of ~hich said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered a% said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The applicant is requestirq, z Real Estate office in one room of his home. The
applicant still plans to live in the house.

sign.
3. '~le proposed use should be compatible with uses in the area.

NOW, THEREFOBE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-59-60-80 be approved subject to the following conditions:

1. 20~ front yard set[ _ & landscaping. :
2. Prepare street improvement plans & install all improvemgnts in accordance
with approved standard plans on file in office of City ~ngineer.
3. Payment of $2.00 per front ft. for street lighting purposes.
4. That a 90 day time limit for items 2 and 3.
