WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission for the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the 0wngr[s) of a certain parcel of real property sitUated
in th~ City of Anaheim, County of 0range, State of California, described as follows:
Lot $0, Tract 1620, also described as 956 Flore Street.
~e Applicant: DAVID S. COLLINS, 1130 W. Lincoln Ave., Anaheim, Calif.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at ~he
City Hail'in. the City of Anaheim, on March 21, 1960 NOTICES of which said ~:
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Applicant request Permission to operate business & professional offices in a home.
2. The applicant does not plan to alter the appeara_uce on the side of Flore St.
3, ~lat ~ho proposed use of the property would,require.compliance with the recommend~ti0ns
of '. Com. in order to preserve th~..~f'~ty'& welfare of the citizens of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNI~.G COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VAR~:ANcH NO~ 1218, sdbject .to f'he following conditions.
