A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM D~NYING VARiANCB 1221
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 9 of the Anaheim Homestead Tract, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, as per map recorded in Book 26, Pg. 10 of '~{isc. Nlaps, in the office of the
County Recorder of Los Angeles County, Calif. ~XC~PT the west 20.00'thereof. ALSO EXCBPT
the north 630.88 ft. thereof, measured from the center line of North St. adjoining siad lot
on tile north. Said land As included within the area show~ on a map filed in Book 35,
pgs. 15 & 16 of Record of Surveys, in the off/ce of the County Recorder of said county.

Los'Angeles 17, California.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on March 21, 1960 NOTICES of which Said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the'provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPALCODE, Section 9200; and
W~LEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due'consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The applicant is requesting permission t~ use subject property as an automobile parking
facilitie~or employees for Broadway ShoPPing Center.
.2. The CommisSion feels that there is no need at this time ~or a~ditional p~rking for
the Broadway Center.
3. 'The existing areas are apparently adequate, except fora few peak days each year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY DHNIRS VAI(IANCE NO. 12211
