A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANIdING COMMISSION OF TNE CITY OF ANAHEIM
Recommendinq to the Citv Council the abandonment of +he Baxter St
Easement.
Mr. Reese noted that all City Departments, had been contacted and that
there were no eb~ections to the proposed abandonment>
NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED iHAT THE ANAHETM CITY PLANNING
COMMISSION HEREB`_' Recommends to the City Council that Baxter Street
Easement be abandoned~ ~
Commissioner Suruners made a mot3on to recommend the abandonment
of the easement for Baxter Sto, this motion was seconded by Cemmissioner
Marcoux and carried. •
The vote on the a4ove resolution was as followse ~
AYESs COMMISSIONERS: DuBois, Gauer, Marcoux, Morris, Mungall and Summers.
NOEB: COMMISSIONERS: None.
