City Hall in the Ci%~ of Anaheim, on October 17, 1960 I~0TICES cf which said
Public .Hearing were dul~r given as required b~ law and the provisions of the A~AHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said ~,mission, after due inspection, (:$~vestigation and studies
made by itself and in i,~.behalf and after due eonsidera~-~n of all evidence and
reports nffered at said Hearing, does flnd and determine the following facts:
1. The original owner had apparently converted and/or established
illegally

second dwelling unit at the rear of the subject, property.
2.The present owner apparently purchased the property believing the second
unit was a permitted use.
3. The subject dwelling Unit represents s gross violation of the Municipal {' ',
generally and of the present zoning specifically as formerly agreed upon
The Commission and the Council.
4. Regardless of the illegal tme, the present conduct of occupants of the subject
dwelling appear to constitute a nuisance to surrounding property owners and
residents'.
5.Two petitions have been filed and verbal complaints recorded by'residents in
the ares.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANANEIM CITY PLANNIND CONNISSION
