Broadly WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on November 7, 1960 NOTICES of which said 'Public Nearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and WHEREAS, Said C~issicn, after due inspection, :Oestigatien and studies made by itself and in it~behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearing, docs find and determine the following facts: !. Petitioner requests a variance from Code, Section 18.44.010(2), which requires that no other than accessory storage of commodities sold at retail on the premises be perlmitted, in order to store drums of paint, drop cloths and equipment used in off- premises mobSle unit service. 2. Proposed parking and curb break do not meet Code requirements. 3. No one appeared in opposition to the petition. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION HEREBY GRANTS VARIANC~ NO. 1313 FOR TH~ WAI¥~R dP C-2 STORAGB LIMITATION, subject to the following conditions: 1. Revision of plot plan to conform to the Code requirements for parking spaces. 2. Dedication of 45 ft. from centerline of Manchester Blvd. 3.Preparation of st. improvement plans and installation of all improvements in accor- dance with approved standard plans on file in the office of the City ]~ngineer. 4.Payment of $2.00 per front foot for st. lighting purposes.
