tA RHSOLUTION OF THE CITY PIANNING COhAlISSION OF THS CITY OF ANAHEIM ADOPTING THE
PfiTITION FOR VARIANCE'AND A"PETITION FOR RECIASSIPICATION", ATTACHED HERETO AND
MARRED &XHIBIT "A" AND "B" RESPECTIVELY AND RBPERRED TO HERBIN AS THOUGH SET FORTH
IN PULL. •
WHER&AS, the Aaaheim Municipal Code, Section 18.76.010 provides that "the •
Planning Commission shall prescribe the form in which applications are made for
changes in zone boundaries or classifications, or for variances or special uses"; AND,
WHHRHAS, the City Attorney's office and the Planning Director have prepared
and submitted to the City Planning Commission said "Petition for Variance"and"Petition
for Reclassification"; AND,
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did conduct public hearings on
November 7, 1960, and did adopt said "Petition for Variance"and"Petition for Re-
classification" at a Regular Meeting on November 21, 1960;
NOW, THEREFORE, BH IT RHSOLVHD THAT THE CITY PIANNING COMMISSION DOES ADOPT
