~ NOW, 1HHR~PORR, BE IT RHSOLVHD that the City Ylanning Commiaeion of the City
of Anaheim does f3n3 as follows:

i 1. Por a period of time, approximately five years ago, a policy was
established'in the City of Anaheim to establish'60-P-L Zonea along
~ major thoroughiares'within the City of Anaheim abutting commercial
~ snd manufacturiag zonea, said P-L Zone being 60.feet in width,an4
S undei this polic seversl P-L Zones were eat~blished at a width of 60 feet.

P-L Zones were eatabliahed in connection with commercial zones and

.;; aetback where th ia has occurred is less than 60 feet and in some casea

~;• ~ and in general it wauld appear thaL in accordance with the present

ings haviri~ been aetback in accordance with the 60-foot P-L 2ona or
