A RESOLVfION OF THE.CITY PLANNING COMMiSSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY
COUNCIL T!iAT HOARDING AND LODGING HOUSES~ EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS, GOLF COURSES, HOTELS,
PRIVATE LODGES, CLUBS, FRATERNITIES AND SORORITIES, AND REST HOMES BE PLACED IN THE UNCLASSI-
FIED SECTION OF THE ANAHEIIW MUNICIPAL CODE.
WHEREAS, the above uses do possess certain characteristics of such unique and .
special form as to make impractical their being incl.uded automatically in any classes of
use as set forth in the various zones; and
W1iEREAS, these uses were removed from the R-3 section of the Anaheim Municipal
Code;~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED SY THE CITY PLRNNING COMMISSION that Soarding and
Lodging Houses, Educat'ional Institutions, Golf Courses, Hotels, Private Lodges, Clubs,
Fraternities and Sororities, and Rest H,omes, be placed in the UncJ.assified Section of the
Maheim Municipal Code, in accordance with the General Provisions of Section 9200.14.
THE FOREGOTNG RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 18th day of July, 1960.
