A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY 0F ANAHEIM
GRANTING VARIANCB NO. 1266
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
~le northerly 60 feet of the southerly 360 ft. of the west half of the southwest
quarter of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 2, in Township
4 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the County of Oran§e,
State of California.
The Applicant: RAY Y. MALONRR, 1023 Liberty Lane, Anaheim, California.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on J'u~ 18, 1960 NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspect~on, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after duo consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Applicant intends to split a lit which now has double frontage and is 60~ x 278~ into
two parcels, 100t and 176t in depth.
2. Other 60 ft. lots in the immediate area have been split in an indentical manner.
3. There was no opposition to the ~equest.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNIN~ CON~iISSION
HEI{EBY GRANTS VARI~tNCR NO. 1266 TO SPLIT F. XISTING LOT INTO 2 PARCELS, SUBJECT TO
INTI~RD~PARTM~ENTALR~QUIr~NTS.
1. The dedication of 32 ~ from centerline of Iiberty Lane (25· exist.)
2. Record of Survey.
~' 3. Install sidewalks on Liberty Lane.
~ 4. Payment of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes on Liberty Lane.
The foregoing conditions ~e found to be necessary prerequisite to the use of the property in
order to preserve ~he safety and welfare of the Citizens of Anaheim.
