A P~SOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COM~ISSION OF THE CITY Off A/~AHEIM
GRANTING VARIANCE NO. 1267.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
A parcel approximately 605 feet hy 16S0 feet with a frontage of 605 feet on Euclid
Avenue and located on the west side of Euclid Avenue between La Palms and Romneys
Drive; its southeast corner being approximately 140 feet north of the northwest corner
of La Palms and Euclid Avenues, said property being certain lots in Tentative Tract
No. 3812.

WHF~EAS, The City Planning. Commission did hold a Public Hearing a% the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on July 18, 1960, NOTICES of whish said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration cf all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Subject parcel shuts R-A property on the South, ~sst and West.
2. Property to East has recen'~ly received Commission recommendation for C-1 Zoning.
Abutting property to South is developing into commercial uses.
The l~d.use trend to the West is for other t~an Singl~ Family Residential.
5. There ~as no oppo~ftion to the request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED T~AT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY ~RANTS VARIANCH NO. 1267 TO WAIVE SINGI~ STORY H~IGHT LIMITATIONS TO PER~IT
CONSTRUCTION O~ TWO-STORY APART~NTS ON ~RTAIN LOTS IN THNTATIV~ T~A~ NO. 3812.
