A RESOLUTION 0F THE CITY PLANNING C0~ISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRANTING VARIANCE NO. 1268.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 10, Tract No. 303, as per map recorded in Book 15, Page 20 of Miscellaneous Maps~
Records of Orange County, and further described as 119 So. Melrose St., Anaheim, Cal.
Applicant: Lake B. DeGraff

Anaheim, California
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on July 18, 1960, NOTICES of which said
l~blio Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
~JNICIPA5 CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, ~nvesttgation and studles
made by itself and in its behalf and after due eons~deration of all evidence and
~reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Orange County Health Dep~ and Anaheim Fire Dept. have approved the home for
patients.
2. There are two other Rest Homes on this street between Center and Broadway.
3. Adjoining and other affected property owners have raised no objection to request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING CO~ISSXON
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCB NO~ 1268 FOR A SIX-PATIBNT P~ST H0~
On roll call, the foregoing resolution was passed by the following vote:
AYES: COMMISSIONERS: Allred, DuBois, Gauer, Hapgood, Marcoux, Mauerhan, Morris,
Mungall and Summers.
