A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNIN8 COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING VARIANC~ NO. 1269.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has r¢~-oived
a Verified Petition from tho Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:

WHF~REAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on July 18, 1960, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its bahai? and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The applicant is requesting permission to establish a regional office building
complex in the Disneyland area.
2. The proposed development should complement the existing uses in the Disneyland
area ·
3.The proposed development should have an appreciating effect on surrounding property
values and should benefit the general area.
4.There was no opposition to the reques%-
NOW, THEREFORE, .BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCH NO. 1269, SUBJ£CT TO THH FOLLOWING COb~DITIONS:
