1. Developmdnt in accordance with plans presented.
2. Pr~de improved ingress & etres.s to a dedicated street in accordance with plot plan
submitted, or record a subdivision map & develop Street pattern to proide ~ngress &
egres, s..
3. Provx~e for disposition of drainage by recordation of s subdivision map or recorded
drainage approval.
4,Dedicate 60 ft. on Katella and Harbor.
5.Dedicate lO0 ft proposed street.
