WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lots 9 and 10 in Tract No. ~83, Ls Palms Gardens, in the County of Orange, State
of California, ss per map thereof recorded in book 17, page 20 of Miscellaneous
