WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described'as follows: The North half of the East half of. the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 16, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B~ in Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown' on ~ map recorded in boor 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California. EXCEPTINGtherefrom the West 200.00 feet. being further described as the North half of the East half of Lot 5 of Helen & Lynch's Addition to Anaheim, as shown on s map thereof recorded in Book 3, pages 117 and 218, Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County.
