A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING VARIANC~ NO 1260.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(a) cf a c"~'~in parcel of real property situated
in the City cf Anaheim, County of Orange, St '.. of California, described as follows:
All that certain land situated in the County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:
The South half of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 27, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B .B. & M.
APPLICANT: K & M Investment Co., 2180 Harbor Blvd., Anaheim, Calif.
WHEREAS, Tho 0ity Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at tho
0ity Hall in the City of Anahe~m~'.on ' July 5, 1960, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hoaring, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Applicant requested permission towaive 150 foot height requirement since
subject property adjoins R-A and R-1 classified property.
2. Adjoining R-A classified property is projected for R-3 Zoning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 1260, SUBJECT TO TH~ FOLLOWING CONDITI~NS~
1. Limitatio~ of height 'to one story on that portion of subject property which
lies 150 feeZ from the south side of Orangewood Avenue.
The foregoing conditions are found to be a necessary prerequisite to the use of the
propertyin order to preserve the safety and welfare of the Citizens of Anaheim.
