WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orangs, State of California, described as follows:

W~S, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City ~all in the City of Anaheim, on August 1, 1960 NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
W~EREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made b~ itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Applicant requested permission to operate a cocktail bar.
2. The Commission expressed doubts as to the need for additional facilities of this type
in the area.
3.Opposition to a cocktail bar was expressed by an abutting property owner.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY D]~N/~SVARIANCR NO. 1274.
On roll call the foregoing resolution was passed by the following vote:

NO~S: COMmISSIONeRS: None.
ABSENT: CONMISSIO~S: Hapgood and Morris.
