1. This request is a portion of an overall plan of development.
2.The service station site relates to a proposed interior highway and will ultimately
he corner locations.
3.There wes no opposition to the request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 1279 FOR A SHRVICE STATION, SUBJECT TO T~ FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

2. Interdepartmental Committee requirements:
