reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. This request is a portion of an overall plan of development.
2. The service station site relates to a proposed interior highway and will
ultimately be a corner location.
3.There was no opposition 'to the request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNIN~ COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 1280 FOR A SERVICE STATION, SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. Conform substantially to plans as submitted.
2. Interdepartmental Committee requirements:
a. Dedicate 60 feet from centerline of Harbor (50' exist.)
b. Prepare street improvement plans and install all improvements on Harbor in
accordance with approved standard plans on file in office of City Engineer.
c. Payment of $2.00 per front foot for street lights on Harbor.
d. Proposed roadway on north side be dedicated'and improved as part of overall
development through recordation of Sub. ~ap as recommended for Variance No. 1271
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this let day of August, 1960.
