PC 1960-1961-4 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF :~HE CITY 0£' ANAHEIM GRANTING VARIANCE NO. 126.1. WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the Owner[s) of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Lot 33, Block C, Center Tract. APPLICANT: Stephen F. Gallagher, 328 No. West St., Anaheim, California. WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Ms. ll in the City of Anaheim, on July 5, 1960, NOTICES of which said Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPA5 CODE, Section 9200; and WX4EREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts: 1. Applicant requests waiver of minimum 9stage requirements to enable applicant to construct four gereges instead of the required five. 2. Four unit flat wes moved on property prior to Commission review. 3. No one spoke in opposition to this request. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNIN~ COMMISSION HEREBY GRANTS VI~RIANCE NO. 1261, SUBJECT T0 T]~ ~OLLONING CONDITIONS: 1. Repair curb and sidewalk. The foregoing conditions are found to be a necessary p~erequisite to the use of the I i property in order to preserve the safety and welfare of the Citizens of Anaheim' On roll call the foregoing resolution was passed by the following vote: AYES: COMMISSIONERS: Allred, DuEois, Gsuer, Hs~9ood, Mercoux, Mauerhsn, Mort'is, Mun- gall and Summers.
