RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property ownerls) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of'Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The East 3!6.50 feet o£'the North 257,00 feet of the Northeast quarter of the South-
east quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range ll West, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in hook 51, pagetl, of Miscellaneous Macs, records of Orange County,
California.
Applicant: George Sehl, 1008 E. Merced, West CovinG, Calif.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Nearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-60-61-11 on the let day Of August , 1960, NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and tho provisions of tho
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9~o00; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does.find and determine the: following facts:
1. Proposed change is in a totally residential.~ area, and is across from an
Elementqry .School and a Community Park.
2. There i~ ample C-l:property within less than one quarter of a mile.
3. There was some opposition from an adjoining property owner'.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY 'RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT iRECLASSIFICATION
