A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING CON~ISSION OF THE 0ITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING VARIANC~ NO. %273
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheiu has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Califprnia, described as follows:

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing a% the
City ~all in the City of Anaheim, on August 15, 1960 NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200: and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation~and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evl~nce and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine %he following
1.Prpposed use is consistent and in harmony with other uses in the D~sne)~land
district.
2.There :was no opposition to the request.
%~ne foregoing conditions are found to be a necessary prerequisite to the use of the
property in order to preserve the safety and welfare of the Citizens of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANABEIM CITY PL~kNNINC C0~ISSION
~ER]~BY GRANTS VARI;~NC~ NO. 1273, for the construction of a Restaurant, and Hotel/Motel,
amui~ject to the following conditions:
Development to be substantially in conformance with plans presented.
- Building to be setback a distance of 50 feet from the planned highway right-of-way line.
Provi~9 and.maintain.TO feet qf l~pdscaping along the ~ront property line with the
excep=lon or access ~rmves aha waA~(s.
Ihe foregoing conditions are found to be a necessary prerequisite to the use of the
property mn order to preserve the safety and welfare of the Citizens of Anaheim.
