RECONMENDING TO THE CITY COUNOIL OF THE CITY. OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-60-61-14 BE APPROVHD.
WHEREAS,~The City Planning CommissiOn of the City of Anaheim has received
a VerifiBd Petition from the property owner(s) of. certain real property situated
in she City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Califo~mia, described as' follows:
The northedy 55 feet of the southerly 451 feet of the westerly 125 feet Of'Lot $ of
Weight, Preeman and McCloughan Subdivision, in the City of Anaheim, as shown on a map
thereof recorded in Book l, Page 2, Record of Surveys, in the office of the County
Recorder of said Orange County.

WHEREAS,~ The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Mall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-60-61-14 on the lSth day of August , 19 60, NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
i WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
~ made by itself and in its behalf, and af.ter due consideration of all evidence
~ and reports offered~at ~said HearinEs, does find and determine 'the following facts:

HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF!ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-60-61-14 be approved for reclassificati'on ' from R-A, RHSID]~NTIAL AGRICULTURAL to
R-2, TWO PAMILY R/~SIDBNTI~LL, subject to the 'following. conditions:
I 2. I~stall sidewalks.
~ 3. Payment of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes.
~ 4. ~25~00 per dwelling unit Park and Recreation fee to be collected as part of Building

~ 5. Ninety. day time limit.
The foregoing conditions are.found to be a necessary prerequisite to the'use of the
property in order to preserve .the safety and~elfare of the Citizens of Anaheim.
