WHEREAS, no application or petition form for special uses has been adoptedy AND, WHEREAS, the California Government Code, Title 7, Section 65853(a) provides for conditional rather than special uses; AND, WHEREAS, the City Attorney°s office and the Planning Director have prepared and submitted to the City Planning Commission said "Petition For Conditional Use Permit"; AND, WHEREAS, the City Planning Commissic,n did conduct public hearings on September 19, 1960 and October 3, 1960, and did adopt said "Petition For Conditional Use Permit" at a Special Meeting on October 7, 1960fl ~ NOW, THEREFORE9 BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION DOES ADOPT THE "PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT"~ ATTACHED HERETO AND MARKED EXHIBIT "A" AND REFERRED TO HEREIN AS THOUGH SET FORTH IN FULLo ~~ THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 7th day of October9 ~~ 1960.
