WHHRBAS, the City Planning Commission deems it necessary that the Zoning
Code be amended to provide for the proper off~-street parking requirement for above
specified zone; AND,
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did initiate and conduct a public
hearing t~n the 20th day of March, 1961, and did adopt said Amendment at a Regular
Meeting on March 20, 1961;
