The Owners of said property dee@ to the City of Anaheim, for street widenin 1 a strip of land 53 feet in width, extending north~rly from and along the centerlineeof ~ La Palma Avenue. '. 2. All engineering requirements of the City of Anahe~.m,along La Palma Avenue, relating to ~ curbs, gutters and rough grading, be complied with as requited by the City Bngineer and ; in accordance with standard plxns and specifications on file in the Office of the City f 8ngineer, and that saad engineering requirements or improvements be installed at the ; time the property is developed, ` 3, The owners of said property shall concurrently with the installation of tlie improve- ments tuader paragraph 2 hereof either: <a) Pay to the City of Anaheim at ~he time said property is developed the sum of $2.00 per front foot on La Palma Avenue for street lightir,g purposes, or (b) Install street lights in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Office of the City Hngineer. ; 4.
