M ~ ~. ~ a N~~ 1~IDRBPORH, BS ?T RSSOLVHD that the Anaheim City pl~;~ Commisaion hereby pproves Conditional Use Permit No. 108 , upon the folloNing conditions which are herebq fouad to be a aecessary prerequisite to the proposed uae of the sub,~ect pro- perty in order to preaerve the safety and general welfare of the Citizena of Anaheim: 1. Development substantiaily in accordance with plans presented. 2. That no windows shall be provided in the second story of the building on the south and west sides of said structure adjacent to the R-1, Single Family Residential, Zones. 3. Provision of 45 feet of landscaped area abutting east property line on Brookhurst Street, plans for said landscaping to be submitted to and approved by the Superin- tendent of Parkway Maintenance, 4, Provision of a six (6) foot masonry wall on the south and west property lines of subject property, 5. Dedication of sixty (60) feet from the monumented centerline of Brookhu.rst Street (30 feet existing). 6. Preparation of street improvement plans and installation of all improvements in accordance with approved standard plans on file in the office of the City Hngineer, 7. Payment of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes. 8.
