S4HHRBA3, the City Flanning Commiasion of the City of Aaaheis did reeeive a verified
Petition for Conditional i)se Permit from George W. Schneider, Gordon J, Koster and Daniel
P. Collins, Suite 207, 13012 Hvclid, ~venue, Garden Gr~ve, California, Owners
of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim~ County of Orange~ State of
California, as described in Hxhibit "A" or as follows:

sions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.64~ tu hear aad coasider evidence for aad
+ against said proposed conditionax use and to investigate aad make fiadinga and recommen-

; dations in connection thexewith; and
~ WFi8R8AS, said Commission, after due inspection,investigation~ aad atudy made by it-
:~ self and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evideace and reporta offered
at said hearing, does find and determine the folluwing facts:
1. That the proposed use ~.s properly oae for which a Cocditional Uae Permit
is authorized by this Code, to wit: a Go-Kart Arena.
2. That the proposed use will adversely affect the ad,joiniag land uses and
the growth and development of the area in which it is propoaed to be located.
3, That the size and shape of the siice proposed for the use is not ade.quate to
allow the full development of the proposed use in a manner not detrimental 4o the parti-
cular area nor to the peace, health, safe4y, and geaer~l welfare of the citizens or the
City of Anaheim.
4. That the traffic generated by the proposed use will impose an undue bur-
+ien upon the streets and highways des3gned and iaproved to earry the traffic in the area.
5. That the granting of the C~aditional Use Permit under the coa3itiona imposed,
if any, wiil be det*imental to the pegce, health~ safety, and geaeral welfare of the
citizens of the City of Aaaheim.
6. That written and verbal opposition were recorded aguinst subject petition,

NOW, THBRBPORB, BB IT RBSOLVBD that the Anaheim City Planning Commission hereby
denies CONDITIONAL USH PBRMIT N0. 111 FOR THE OPHRATION OF A GO-KART ARBNA, on the basis
of the aforementioned findings.
