Dedication of 45 feet from the mon~mented centerline o: Western Avenue C2b feet existing). 2. Preparation of street improvement plans artd izst311ation oi all improvements in accordance with approved standard plaris on file in the office of the City Bngineer. 3, Payment of $2.00 per front foot for stree: lighting purposes. 4. Payment of $25.00 per dwelling unit Park and Recreation fee to be collected as part of Building Permit. 5. Time limitation of 90 days for tlie accomplishment of 3tems No. 1, 2, 3 and 4. 6.
