THAT P~TITION POR RHCIAS3IFICATION N0. 60~61-84 dB GRANTHD. ~llR'EtEA3, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anahein~ did receive a~ peri~'ied Petitioa l~or Reclassification from Earl and Ploy Denney, 3438 East ia Palma Avenue, Anaheim, California, Owners, proposing the reclassification of the following described property: legal desc?~iption on file in th~ office of the Elanning Department. ; and WHBRBA3, the City ~lanning Cotaaission did hoid a public hearing at the Citg Hall ia the City of ~,naheim oa April 17, 1961 at 2:00 o~clock P.M., aotice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by]aor and in accordance vrith 4he provi- sions of the Anaheim Municipai Cod~, Chapter 18.72, to hear and consider evidence fcr and agains4 said proposed reclassification and to investigate and mate findings ~ad recopmen- daeions in connectien therewith; and WHBRBA3, said Commission, af4er dne inspection,investigation, and study made by it- self and in its behalf, and after due coasideration of all evideace and reports offered at said hearing, does find and 3etermine th~e followimmg facts: 1. That the petitioner proposes a reclassific~~*ion of the above deacribed pro- p~rty from tLe R-A, RE5IDBNTIAL AGRICULT[1RAL, ZONH to the M-1, LIGHT MANUPACTURING, ZONB, " 2.
