recommends to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Petition for Reclasaification
No. 60-61-96 be deaied and, by so doing, that Title 18-2oning of the AnahQim
Municipal Code not be amended to exclude the above describ~d property from the
R-1~ ONB PAMILY RESIDBNTIAL zone and to incorporate said deac~~.bed property in the
C-1, NBIGHBORAOOD COMMSRCIAL zone;
