Development substantially in accordance with p?.ans presented. 2. Dedication of 53 feet from the monumeated centerline of Placentia Avenue and Bail Road (30 feet existing). 3, Preparstion of ~#reet i.~provement plans and iustallation of all improvements on Placentia Avenue and Ball Road in acco=dance with approved.standard plans on file in the office of the City Er-gineer. 4.
