Gy so doing, that Title 18-Zonirig of the Anaheim Municipal Code be amencied to excluGe the above described praperty from the R A, Residential pgsicultural zone and to ircorporate said described property in the C-1~ Neighborhood Commercial zone, upo:. the foilowing conditions which are hereby found to be a neces- sary prerequisite tc the proQosad use of the subject proper~y in order to preserve the safety and gea~ral welfare of the Citizeas of Anahein: 2.
