That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is not adequate to allow the full development of the proposed use in a manaer no•t detr.imental to the parti- cular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the citiaens of the City of Aazheim. 3, That the location of the proposed devel~pmQnt is not compatible with nor would it Ue of benefit to the o4her types of development being established aloag the Harbor Boulevard frontage. 4. That plans submitted with the subject petition indicatittg the proposed deve- lopment were ~ot considered adequate. 5.
