WFIBREaS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall ia
the City of Anaheim on May 29, 1961 at 2:00 o'clock P,M., notice:of said
public hearing having been duly given as required by hm and in accordance ~3th the provi-
sions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evideace~for.:aad
against said proposed conditional use and to investigute and make fiadisrga ancl.recommea-.
dations in connection therewith; and ~.
HTHSRBAS, said Commission, ~fter due iaspection,investigation, aad study made.by it- ~
self and in its behaif, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered
at said hearing, does find aad determine the following facta:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit
is authorized by this Code, to wit: overnight trailer parking,
2.. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is not adequate to
allow the full development of the proposed use in a manaer no•t detr.imental to the parti-
cular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the citiaens of the
City of Aazheim.
3, That the location of the proposed devel~pmQnt is not compatible with nor
would it Ue of benefit to the o4her types of development being established aloag the
Harbor Boulevard frontage.
4. That plans submitted with the subject petition indicatittg the proposed deve-
lopment were ~ot considered adequate.
5. That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition.
